The reservation will be effective only after written confirmation by the Hotel Sirena by e-mail and after payment of a deposit equal to the first night or 20% of the price of the stay. The costs of the transfer are charged to the customer.
• up to 4 weeks before arrival: 1 night
• from 4 weeks to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed price
• 7 days before arrival: 100% of the agreed price
• no show or early departure: 100% of the agreed price
in case of cancellation of a changed reservation, 100% of the price will be charged regardless of the time of cancellation.
The deposit serves as a deposit which will not be returned in case of cancellation.
In case of late arrival and/or early departure, the full amount of the room will be charged for all the remaining days.
